Kaden Kozlowski

Ashburn, VA

• Former DIA Collegiate Cheerleader at the University of Louisville

• 3x USASF World Champion with GymTyme Chrome

• 5x VHSL Class 5A State Champion with Briar Woods High School

• 4x VHSL Class 5A 1st Team All-State

• 10+ years of experience choreographing VHSL cheer routines with multiple State Championship appearances

• 12+ years of experience as a trained tumbling / stunting instructor and spotter

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, with a focus on injury prevention/care and optimizing sports performances

• Masters in Business Administration, with a focus on franchise management

• USASF Certified in levels 1-7

• NFHS Certified Coach

Kaden founded KozChoreo in 2021 and has been involved in the Virginia Cheerleading community for over 12 years. After graduating from U of L in May 2025, Kaden is back in Virginia full-time and also serves as the Varsity Assistant Cheer Coach for Briar Woods High School.

Tyler Braasch

Mechanicsburg, PA

• PSFCA Big 33 Legend

• 4x PSFCA Big 33 Half Time Show Choreographer

• 4x DII Summit Champion Choreographer / Coach with Cheer Tyme

• 5+ Years of Choreography experience

Last year was Tyler’s first season with KozChoreo. However, he has extensive prior experience in choreographing high school and all-star routines. Many in the Northern Virginia area may know him through his parents, Kim & Crasher, who are veteran choreographers in the VHSL cheerleading business. Tyler still lives in PA and coaches and cheers for his parent’s gym - CheerTyme.

Michael Norton

McLean, VA

• Currently a D1A Cheerleader at the University of Louisville

• Competed at NCA Collegiate Nationals in 2025 with Louisville Small Coed

• Competed at Worlds twice with GymTyme Allstars and Phoenix Elite 

• 3+ years of coaching experience

• Participated in an exchange program with La Palestra Titans in 2023

• 2+ years of Choreography Experience

Michael joined KozChoreo last year for his first season. As a former McLean HS Varsity cheerleader, he is familiar with the VHSL rubric and routine style. Michael is currently in his Sophomore season cheering for U of L and has extensive coed and group stunting experience. Michael has been choreographing both in VA & KY for over 2 years now.

Dawson Gessner

Monroe, MI

• D1A Collegiate Cheerleader at the University of Louisville

• 2x USASF World Champion with Gymtyme Chrome

• Captain of the University of Louisville Large Coed and GymTyme Chrome Teams

• 4+ Years of Choreography experience

This will be Dawson’s first season with KozChoreo as he graduates from U of L in May. Growing up in the Michigan high school cheerleading industry, Dawson brings a unique perspective on routine sharpness and creativity. During his time at Louisville, Dawson served as the Captain of both the Large Coed Team & GymTyme Chrome. Dawson is also a 2x USASF World Champion and has coached teams to The Summit!
